TURNAROUND: Items marked in stock will be dispatch within 3 days of payments received. Personalised items are made to order with love and care in our studio in Berario, Johannesburg and can take up to 2 weeks.
POSTAGE & HANDLING: We charge a flat rate of R85.00 nationwide. Free Shipping on orders above R650.00.

Do not drop the item as it may break. If your product requires hanging, please ensure that it is fastened securely and not within reach of children.
Our products are generally made for indoor use, so we recommend keeping your item away from direct sunlight.

Most of our products are manufactured locally by hand and a laser cutter, using natural, MDF pressed wood and or acrylic (Perspex).
Part of the beauty of natural timber is that the grain and colour may differ from piece to piece. Slight burn marks may be present and is part of the manufacturing process.
Warping of natural or pressed wood is a natural timber process - this is not a fault. Keep your products stored in low moisture areas and away from direct sunlight.
Allow up to 7 working days for your items to be created, sorted and posted.
This refers to the time to make your order - before the Courier collects it - although often it's much quicker than this.
Most items in our range will be made and on their way to you within 3-5 business days.
However, it really does depend on which type of product/s you've purchased, and where we're at in our production schedule at the time.
If you're unsure about your order arriving in time for a special occasion, we're happy to help meet an achievable time frame.
We just need to know about it in advance, so feel free to shoot us an email or call to discuss, and we'll let you know what's is possible.
You will be kept up to date along the way and receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us when your order is ready for the Courier to collect as well as status updates during the delivery process, which can take up to 3 days maximum.

We offer R95.00 flat rate shipping to South Africa, nationwide. All orders above R850 in value will receive free delivery. Estimate delivery times stipulated below is based upon the date of dispatch.
- We need a telephone number and email address for all orders and cannot ship without.
- Please ensure that you capture the correct delivery details as wee are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Our Courier Partners deliver on weekdays between 8 and 5pm, please make sure that you have someone available during office hours to take receipt of your parcel.
Nationwide: 2 to 5 business days
Local (Gauteng) 2 to 3 business days
Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
Nectar and Ink cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions.
Our workshop pickup hours are 9.30 to 4pm on weekdays.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect your parcel.
We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the delivery progress.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as a matter of urgency.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
