Our beautifully engraved arched shaped wooden discs is a perfect way to capture each stage in your little one’s growth, helping you capture and keep those memories forever.
Each milestone journey begins with ‘Hello World’ and ends with ‘One Year Old’, a set of 14 discs captured in 3mm thick material, each representing a momentous occasion including: one week old, one month old, two months old, three months old and so on.
And for that extra special touch for yourself or for gifting purposes our sets come packaged in a delightful wooden keepsake box - complete with an acrylic lid so that proof of the celebration remains intact. Available in both English and Afrikaans, these are more than just reminder cards – they are beautiful tokens with which you will celebrate your little miracle at every turn!

Most of our products are manufactured locally by hand and a laser cutter, using natural, MDF pressed wood and or acrylic (Perspex).
Part of the beauty of natural timber is that the grain and colour may differ from piece to piece. Slight burn marks may be present and is part of the manufacturing process.
Warping of natural or pressed wood is a natural timber process - this is not a fault. Keep your products stored in low moisture areas and away from direct sunlight.

Allow up to 7 working days for your items to be created, sorted and posted.
This refers to the time to make your order - before the Courier collects it - although often it's much quicker than this.
Most items in our range will be made and on their way to you within 3-5 business days.
However, it really does depend on which type of product/s you've purchased, and where we're at in our production schedule at the time.
If you're unsure about your order arriving in time for a special occasion, we're happy to help meet an achievable time frame.
We just need to know about it in advance, so feel free to shoot us an email or call to discuss, and we'll let you know what's is possible.
You will be kept up to date along the way and receive a Shipping Confirmation email from us when your order is ready for the Courier to collect as well as status updates during the delivery process, which can take up to 3 days maximum.

We offer R95.00 flat rate shipping to South Africa, nationwide. All orders above R850 in value will receive free delivery. Estimate delivery times stipulated below is based upon the date of dispatch.
Important Information
- We need a telephone number and email address for all orders and cannot ship without.
- Please ensure that you capture the correct delivery details as wee are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Our Courier Partners deliver on weekdays between 8 and 5pm, please make sure that you have someone available during office hours to take receipt of your parcel.
Nationwide: 2 to 5 business days
Local (Gauteng) 2 to 3 business days
Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
Nectar and Ink cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier companies.
Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our workshop:
Unit 11 Stormill Industrial Estate, Cnr. Cartwright and Slingsby Str. Stormill 1709.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 7 business days.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions.
Our workshop pickup hours are 9.30 to 4pm on weekdays.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect your parcel.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the delivery progress.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at adele@nectarandink.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you as a matter of urgency.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
